One to one yoga instruction helps you gain a more thorough understanding of yoga and its origins, if you are a beginner or someone who would like to establish a regular practice. Working one to one helps you develop an awareness of where you hold back physically, where you lose concentration and where you lack stability. You will also be guided through a series of breathing exercises, postures and adjustments specifically tailored to your practice, your body, your needs and the specific things you want to accomplish with your practice.
